ACCOMMODATION -
 

Since February is a peak tourist month, early hotel reservations are advisable to ensure comfortable accommodation.
Request for accommodation should reach the conference secretariat before November 30, 2008.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate the delegate in the hotel as per request.
Tariff rates are approximate and are subject to revision. The Hotel reserves the right to revise the tariffs and taxes and the secretariat would not be in a position to intervene. The occupants will have to clear hotel bills at the prevailing rates.

  • Above rates are on per night basis and are inclusive of room rent, buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. (*Breakfast will not be provided in case of "Budget" Category hotel).

  • Accommodation will be booked on first-come-first-serve basis subject to room availability.

  • Conference Secretariat reserves the right to transfer the booking in hotel of the same category in case of non availability.

  • All reservation requests must accompany a cheque payable at par / demand draft for number of nights requested in favour of AIOC-2009 payable at Jaipur.

  • Rates are valid for the duration of the conference only. However, rates may vary due to changes in government policies.

  • Check-in & Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

  • Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after the deadline i.e. 30th November 2008.

  • Please fill-in the "Accommodation Form" enclosed and send to the Conference Secretariat.
 

Cancellation Policy

  • Hotel cancellation or changes will be made only against a written request.

  • For application received before or on 30th November 2008, 100% refund would be made on the hotel tariff, after deducting Rs. 500/- / US$25, as handling charges.

  • For application received from 1st - 31st December 2008, 50% of the hotel tariff would be deducted in addition to Rs. 500/-US$25, as handling charges.

  • No refunds application would be entertained after 31st December 2008.

  • All refunds would be settled one month after the Conference.
