MODE OF PAYMENT
 
  • All payment must be made by demand draft in favor of “AIOC 2009” payable at Jaipur.

Please Note

  • Registration without late fees is till October 31, 2008

  • Children below 8 years of age are free from registration.

  • Registration fee for delegate includes : Delegate Kit, admission to the Scientific Sessions, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunches / Dinners.

  • Residents must furnish documentary evidence (Letter from Head of the Department) along with the registration form

  • The registration form may be downloaded from the website www.aioc2009.com and mailed (duly completed) along with the payment to the Organising Secretary.

  • The Secretariat does not accept liability for forms lost in transit.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation is permitted upto December 31, 2008 whereby 25% of the registration fee would be deducted as processing charges.
Refund of registration fee will be made only against a written request submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
