You can make online submissions by visiting
www.aios.in or send them by post/fax by using the forms in the abstract
book of AIOS 2008 Bangalore Conference. Online Submissions are preferred

The word limit for the abstracts for Free Papers
and Instruction Courses has been raised to 250 words. This is to allow the
abstract to have greater details allowing more meaningful evaluation.

The time deadlines will be strictly adhered to.

Do mention AIOS memberships numbers for all
participants and write the names exactly the way you want it to appear.

Ensure no institutional affiliation or commercial
or proprietary names are used in the submission.

Submit free paper abstracts only after completion
of the study (should not have been published / presented before elsewhere)
and the members / results presented at the conference must be exactly the
same as it appears in the original abstract submission.

Instruction course can be of 1 or 2 hours and of
Basic/ Intermediate/ Advanced levels.

Your IC submission must contain all details about
the individual topics, speakers and time allotted for each speaker and
discussion.

No change in the topics or speakers will be allowed
from the format which is initially submitted for evaluation.

For Instruction Course send a copy of the
acceptance letter to participate from the co-instructors. If submitting
through the web, an email acceptance sent as an attachment is also enough.

A brief synopsis (6-8 lines) of the chief
in structure with relevance to his/her experience and expertise on the
topic of the IC should be enclosed.
