Preview room to be named after the Sponsor , Permission for branding inside the Preview room as per specification approved by the Organising committee, Intermittent slides of the Sponsor to be shown before the start and end of each session

The Announcement and Information centre to be named after the Sponsor , Permission for Branding at the backwall as per specification approved by the Organising Committee. All announcements to be preceded by Co's name or Brand, such as This is XYZ Announcement centre. No other publicity and promotion to be done

Delegate Registration

The Registration counters to be named after the Sponsor. Permission for Branding of the counters as per the specification to be approved by the Organising committee, One Welcome Counter near the Registration counter for welcoming the delegates with Traditional Rajasthani Welcome by tikka and aarti and showering of flower petals. The Registration pouch to carry the logo of the Sponsor

Hospitality and Transport


Permission for operating and managing the welcome desk at the Airport and Railway station ( Permission from authorities and manning of the desk to be the responsibility of the Sponsor ), Routes to be named after the Brands of the Sponsor, Logo of the Sponsor on the route chart signage, Permission to distribute the promotional material of the Sponsor inside the Shuttle Buses

The Kit Counter will be named after the Sponsor , Permission for Branding inside the kit counter as per the design to be approved by the Organising committee , Name and logo of the Sponsor inside the kit , Manning of the kit counter by the Sponsors officials . Placement of Sponsors promotional material inside the Kit as per approval.

Bare Space would be provided . All arrangements including the tentage, Lighting, Infrastructure, Artists and all other expenses to be directly borne by the Sponsor. All arrangements to be pre approved by the Organising Committee
